Green Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 Tomatillos
½ Sweet Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Lime Juiced
½ Teaspoon Cumin
Salt & Pepper
- Half the avocados and carefully remove the seeds. Score the flesh of the avocados by cutting vertical and then horizontal lines without cutting through the skin then scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.
- Dice the tomatillos and sweet onion then add to the bowl.
- Chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
- Mince the garlic then add to the bowl along with the lime juice, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything together and serve
*To keep avocados from browning, keep one of the avocado seeds in the guacamole.
